The fine print.

The guarantee: if you don't love your first bag of Dhani, email hello@dhanisnacks.com within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we'll refund that bag's price. No need to send anything back — just tell us what missed. The guarantee applies once per customer and household, to your first order only, and is limited to the price of one bag. That's the whole deal, and we mean it.

Beyond the guarantee, all sales are final. Dhani products are perishable food produced in small batches; once an order is fulfilled — picked up, dropped off, or shipped — the sale is final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. We cannot accept returned food for safety reasons, and returned or refused shipments are not refunded. Refunds are not available for carrier delays, incorrect addresses you provided, heat or storage conditions after delivery, or over-ordering.

Pre-orders that have not yet been paid or fulfilled may be canceled by emailing us — since no payment has been taken, there's nothing to refund.

If something else about your order genuinely isn't right, you're still welcome to email us with photos where relevant. We're humans, we read everything, and we'll talk — but any accommodation beyond the first-bag guarantee is a courtesy, at our sole discretion, and isn't a promise to do the same twice.

We may cancel and decline any order at our discretion (including pricing or listing errors); if we cancel a paid order, our only obligation is to refund what you paid for it.

Our products contain milk (butter, ghee, and in some flavors parmesan). They are produced in kitchens that also handle tree nuts, wheat, dairy, and other allergens. Despite careful practices, cross-contact with any allergen is possible, and no Dhani product should be considered free of any allergen — including gluten. Statements about our raw sorghum's certifications describe the ingredient as it reaches us, not the finished product.

It is solely your responsibility to review ingredient information before purchasing, to ask us about allergens before consuming (email hello@dhanisnacks.com — we answer), and to decide, with your medical professional where appropriate, whether our products are safe for you. Do not consume our products if you have, or may have, an allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient or potential cross-contact allergen. Keep products away from anyone whose allergies you don't know.

Products are sold for personal consumption, not for resale. Store as directed on the package and consume by any date marked. Not intended for infants. Ingredient lists may change between batches — the label on the bag in your hand always controls over anything on this website.

Dhani products are made in small batches in a licensed commercial kitchen in Texas. Small batches vary a little — color, salt level, and pop size shift slightly from batch to batch. That's the nature of the thing, not a defect. Each bag's label states its ingredients, net weight, and production information, and the label on the bag in your hand always controls over anything on this website.

What we collect: information you give us — name, email, phone (optional), fulfillment preference, and order details when you join our list or place an order — plus basic technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) collected by our hosting and, when enabled, analytics tools.

How we use it: to fulfill orders, respond to you, send the emails you signed up for, and understand how the site is used. If you gave us your phone number for pickup coordination, you consent to receiving order-related texts; reply STOP anytime. We send marketing email only to people who joined the list, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who touches it: service providers who run our stack — website hosting (Netlify), payments (Stripe — card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers), email (Google Workspace; Klaviyo when enabled), analytics/advertising tools when enabled (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok — which may use cookies or similar technologies). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.

Your choices: unsubscribe anytime; email hello@dhanisnacks.com to access or delete the information we hold about you and we'll handle it within a reasonable time. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Placing a pre-order reserves product but is not a payment; payment happens through a secure Stripe checkout link we send, or in person at pickup. Anti-scam note: we only ever email you from hello@dhanisnacks.com, and our payment links always point to stripe.com. We will never ask for payment by gift card, wire, Zelle, or crypto, and we never ask for your password. If you receive anything claiming to be Dhani that breaks these rules, it is not us — forward it to hello@dhanisnacks.com. Prices, flavors, bag sizes, fees, and availability may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Fulfillment windows are estimates, not guarantees — small batches sometimes run late, and delay is not grounds for refund. Shipping risk of loss passes to you on our delivery to the carrier; we are not responsible for carrier delays, or for theft, heat, or spoilage after delivery to your address.

All content on this site — copy, design, photography, the Dhani™ name and wordmark — belongs to us; the Dhani name and wordmark are our trademarks. Don't reproduce or use any of it commercially without permission. Don't misuse the site (scraping, interference, fraud). We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Comparative statements about other products reflect those products' own published labels at the time of writing. This site may contain errors; we don't warrant that anything on it is complete, accurate, or current, and nothing here is nutritional, health, or medical advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dhani and its owners harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your provision of our products to third parties without disclosing ingredient and allergen information. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; where a limitation isn't allowed, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@dhanisnacks.com and give us 30 days to work it out informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it. To the extent permitted by law, both sides waive jury trial and agree claims may be brought only individually, not as part of a class action. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect; our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.

We may update this page at any time; the version posted here is the one that applies, and the effective date above tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the site or purchases after a change means you accept the change.
